For 130 years, the YMCA has been offering a unique camp experience, where every child can thrive in a caring environment. From sports to arts and crafts to games to theme days and so much more—spending your summer in a YMCA day camp means spending every day doing a wide range of fun and stimulating activities.

But what really sets the YMCA apart is our approach. Camp life is about making meaningful connections and friends. It’s about being part of an inclusive, diverse community where everyone can learn, grow, explore, and play. Camp is a safe space where kids and youth can build up their courage to get out of their comfort zone, improving their confidence and autonomy along the way.

2025 Camp Registration

Good news! Registration for our day camps is opening soon.

Here is what you need to remember for the 2025 season:

January 22 starting at 9 a.m. – Priority registration opens for campers who were registered in our camps in 2024.
- Get 10% off on your child’s registration from January 22 to February 4 inclusively.
February 5 starting at 9 a.m. – General registration opens (open to everyone).
- Get 5% off on your child’s registration from February 5 to March 9 inclusively.

The YMCA International Language School Camp

the best way to learn French or English while having a blast. In the mornings, kids will take part in fun language workshops taught by the language school’s teachers, and in the afternoons they will participate in a wide range of camp activities.

	Certified Camp All YMCA day camps meet the Association des camps du Québec’s highest quality and safety standards and feature physical literacy programming that encourages campers to love being active, no matter what their skills may be. *Our camp at the Saint-Roch YMCA meets the standards of the City of Québec’s Programme Vacances-été.
	A place to grow and have fun Your kids are probably too busy playing to notice, but at YMCA day camps, we focus our actions on achieving three main goals: building self-confidence and self-reliance, encouraging healthy lifestyle habits and fostering a sense of community in all of our camps.
	Weekly outings or activities We want to give campers the opportunity to discover new passions and interests. To do so, we organize a special, fun, and stimulating activity once a week either on or off site.
	Physical activities for all Created in collaboration with a kinesiology specialist, the camp’s physical activities help participants develop their motor skills and build self-confidence and team spirit. Regardless of their fitness level, participants will discover the joys of moving and explore different movements in an inclusive environment where everyone feels like they belong.
	Financial literacy Throughout the week, campers will participate in workshops that teach them the skills to make sound financial decisions. Through a range of activities, youth will explore concepts such as saving, budgeting, and financial planning, giving them the tools to start managing their money in a responsible and sustainable way.
