Learn to cope with anxiety and stress better
Y Mind is an innovative mental wellness program. If you are aged 13 to 18 (Y Mind Teen) or 18 to 30 (Y Mind Youth) and experiencing symptoms of mild to moderate anxiety, stress, or worry, this program is for you.

Let Go of Your Stress and Anxiety in a Safe, Inclusive Environment

The program introduces and teaches participants how to use tools and strategies based on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness.

Over the course of 7 weeks, you will learn effective techniques to develop better emotional management skills. 

At the first session, you will receive an exercise book and handbook so you can follow the program and work on group exercises.
