This workshop helps adults maintain their mobility, improve their posture and increase their stability through gentle yet effective movements. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to adapt your activity to your changing body, you’ll learn techniques to improve joint health, reduce stiffness and maintain your overall well-being. Join us to move with purpose, rediscover your energy and gracefully embrace aging. We will use a chair, towel and elastic band during the workshop to build strength from the inside out!
