Pelvic floor and more

In english

The pelvic floor has been one of those subjects talked about in rehab and training circles but one that often gets lost in translation and is poorly understood. Men and women can benefit from learning how to connect with the pelvic floor properly and incorporate it into workouts (and life). Gain a deeper understanding of this important group of muscles and how it affects us as a whole. We will provide questions to ask your clients, common symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction as well as practical programming and integration strategies.
