First Aid and CPR Courses
Would you like to be able to respond effectively in an emergency and help someone in danger before first responders arrive? Our first aid and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) courses will teach you how to prevent and recognize signs of a heart attack and stroke as well as intervention techniques for airway obstruction (choking) and cardiac arrest.
Respond effectively to emergencies
By following our training programs, you will learn how to respond appropriately to these situations, perform CPR and use the AED (automatic external defillibrator) as you wait for emergency medical services.
Once you have successfully completed this training, you will receive a certificate from the Lifesaving Society.
These courses are for anyone interested in learning the skills and techniques needed in an emergency. Moreover, participants in our Fitness Instructor Training (FIT) program must at least obtain Cardiopulmonary resuscitation/AED- Level A certification.
