Victoria Tennis Club – Saint-Roch YMCA

Located in the heart of Québec City, the Victoria Tennis Club offers a welcoming and stimulating environment for tennis enthusiasts of all levels. Whether you want to perfect your shot, play for fun, join a league, or discover pickleball, the club has a full programming of activities for all ages.

The Saint-Roch YMCA is pleased to partner with the City of Québec to ensure tennis continues to be played at Victoria Park.

Leagues

Looking for friendly competition and a regular challenge? Looking to train for the end-of-year tournament? Sign up for one of our leagues:

Gold, Silver, and Bronze Leagues

Singles league open to all players who show up on time
Singles matches with three mixed categories based on player level
Matches organized between players based on their schedule
A minimum of 8 players is required to make up a league
League information is emailed to members

**To register for a league, you must be a Victoria Tennis Club member. Registration is done directly at the tennis chalet, and player lists will be compiled and validated on the spot by staff.

A refund will be issued if a league is cancelled due to insufficient players.
Players on the waiting list will only need to pay the registration fee once they are put on the match schedule.

Bronze League

Level: 1.5–2.5
Maximum: 16 players

Silver League

Level: 3–4
Maximum: 16 players

Gold League

Level: 4.5+
Maximum: 16 players

Tennis lessons

Learn how to play or perfect your game with our excellent tennis instructors. For more information, log into Active, our online platform.

Must be 18 years of age or older
4-week session with eight 90-minute lessons
Discount for Victoria Tennis Club members and Saint-Roch YMCA members

Levels

For people who have never played tennis. Group lessons with 4 to 8 players. Ideal program for players who want to eventually join a league.

Pickleball

What is pickleball? Pickleball is an accessible racquet sport that combines elements from tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. It is a great sport for all ages and can be played in singles or doubles. It follows simple rules and offers a dynamic ambiance.

Victoria Tennis Club members can book tennis courts to play pickleball.
Open to non-members without reservation. Non-member fees apply.
Pickleball racquet, ball, and net rentals available.
2 out of 9 tennis courts (courts No. 8 and 9) also have pickleball lines.
