Supporting School Success

At the Y, we know that the early signs of academic decline are often silent. Yet young people are only asking for someone to listen!

Keeping kids from dropping out of school starts with early intervention. They shouldn’t have to start experiencing difficulties before they get any support, because school success depends on a number of factors. In particular, struggles with homework, extracurricular activities, personal goals, financial circumstances, and outside pressures all have an impact.

Our programs help kids become more successful in school and help parents offer them better support.
