Have I lost access to my YMCA account?

No. The new website does not impact your personal data or credentials on our registration or account management platforms.

To access our transactional platforms directly, go to our registration and login page

Do I need to create a new account for the new website?

No. You can continue to use your usual credentials on our transactional platforms.

I can no longer find the page to register for an event, what do I do?

The site has been reorganized to facilitate navigation. Use the search bar, the Find a Y section to access your centre and its activities, or browse our different sections, sush as gym, pool, camps, language school, training, youth initiatives or support programs.

Why did you change the website?

To provide a smoother, faster and more responsive experience.

Where can I find my Y’s schedules?

Go to the Schedules section.

How do I register for a course or activity?

Find your group fitness classes, children’s sports, children’s swimming lessons or training through the navigation menu or search function.

Is the site compatible with phones and tablets?

Yes. The new site has been designed to work on all types of devices.

Can I change the website’s language?

Yes. Use the EN/FR button in the top right corner to change languages at any time.

I can’t find the information I’m looking for. What do I do?

Write to us using the form on our Contact page or call us at : +1 833 505-9622 (outside Montréal) or 514 687-9622 (Montréal area).

Do the old links still work?

The links are different and the old ones will redirect you to the closest matching page.

How do I sign up for a YMCA membership?

You can see the membership options by going to the Membership page. Select your YMCA, and then click “Join the Y.” 

Is my current membership still valid?

Yes, all current memberships are still valid. No changes apply to your services.

How do I find the summer camps offered by the YMCA?

Go to the Summer Camp webpage and filter by age or duration.

Where can I find the training courses on the new website?

Go to the Training section from the main menu or use the search bar to find training courses in first aid, fitness and more.

What programs are available for teens?

Visit the Youth Initiatives section to discover our TeenZones, school retention programs and more. 

Can I cancel or change a membership?
