Adult Swim Lessons - Level 1
This course is an initiation to water. Different exercises will be used to help you develop a comfort in the water, and learn basic swimming skills and comfort in deep water. You will learn the basics to swim front crawl, and back crawl. You will work towards swimming a minimum of 25m and being able to surface support for 30 seconds.
Members can register for one course in one centre per session. Check your centre’s schedule for information on course levels, times and session length.
