Camp YMCA Kanawana Registration: Meet Amilia

Amilia is a modern platform that enables families to:

1. Manage registrations online;
2. View their family’s activities;
3. Make payments securely;
4. Manage their personal information from a single account;
5. Use a mobile app to access their folder.

Protecting your personal information is a priority. Amilia uses proven security standards to protect personal information and payment data.

Your information is processed in a secure environment designed to protect the confidentiality of families and campers.
 

If your family already had an account in YMCA’s Active transactional platform, you must use the same email address as that of your Active account when activating or creating your Amilia account.

This step allows you to correctly retrieve your family file and the information already transferred to the new system.

After activation, you can change your password if you wish.
 

If you receive an activation email

1. Open the email from notifications@amilia.com.
2. Click on the activation link.
3. Follow the procedure provided.
4. Log into your Amilia account.
    

If you need to create a new account

1. Visit the Camp Kanawana registration page .
2. Click Create Account.
3. Use the same email address as your old Active account.
4. Validate your email address.
5. Log into your account.
    

Before contacting us:

• Check your spam/junk mailbox.
• Search for a message from notifications@amilia.com.
• Verify that you are using the correct email address.

If you still cannot find the message, contact our team so we can help you. 
 

Yes. The Amilia family account allows members of the same household to access the same account using their own login credentials.

To invite a family member:

1. Go to the People tab.
2. Select or add the person.
3. Under Account Actions, click Invite to join the family account.
4. The person will receive an invitation by email.

Good to know:

• The person you invite must be 14 years of age or older.
• Invitations are valid for 10 days.
• Each member has their own virtual wallet and payment methods.
• Invited members can view the family account’s activities, registrations and invoices.
• Account credits can be used by all members of the family account.
• Invited members cannot invite other people.

Yes.

We strongly recommend that you complete your family profile before registration opens.

This includes ensuring that:

1. Each camper has their own profile;
2. Their full name is correct;
3. Their date of birth is valid;
4. Your family’s contact information is up to date;
5. The registration form is completed;
6. Emergency information is completed when required.
    

Adding a credit card to your Amilia wallet will allow you to:

1. Expedite your registration;
2. Reduce delays at time of payment;
3. Manage future payments more easily;
4. Carry out your transactions securely. 
    

When a group is full, you will be able to put your child on a waiting list.

When a spot becomes available:

1. The next family on the list will be contacted by email.
2. A confirmation period may be granted.
3. If the spot is not accepted within the time limit (24 hours), it will be offered to the next family.

Registering on a waiting list does not guarantee a spot, but remains the best way to be considered when a spot becomes available.
 

Parents will be able to deposit money for their camper before the start of their stay.

New: Additional funds can be added as needed during the camper’s stay through Amelia and the mobile app without having to leave home or send cash.

This option provides easier and safer management of the camper’s expenses.
 

While the application isn’t required, we strongly recommend it.

In particular, the application allows you to:

1. View your account;
2. See your family’s activities;
3. Track your registrations;
4. Manage certain information directly from your phone. 
    

Before registration opens, ensure you have:

• Enabled or created your Amilia account
• Used the same email address as your Active account
• Added all your family members
• Verified the campers’ information
• Added a valid payment method
• Downloaded the mobile app (optional, but recommended)

By completing these steps in advance, you will be ready to proceed quickly when camp registration opens.
