Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor with over 12 years of experience at YMCA.
I offer programs of different levels for all ages that incorporate weight and strength training, mobility exercises, active stretches to develop body alignment, posture improvement, and/or flexibility and range of motion development, based on each client’s fitness goals.
I help alleviate physical suffering such as joint and muscle pain so that you can address your physical weaknesses. Thanks to my diverse experience, you can look forward to marked improvements in the quality of your daily life and in your fitness journey.
