I offer individual training to help you develop and maintain your physical health. I have 35 years of experience working with people of all ages and levels of fitness, with a particular interest in seniors. Using a variety of techniques including yoga, strength training and physiotherapy, together we will create a program to meet your goal, whether it’s to improve your posture, lose weight, increase flexibility and strength, or manage stress. I use my creativity and understanding of human physiology to motivate you to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Training with me is fulfilling and fun, never boring!
