The West Island YMCA is proud to offer programs at the Olive-Urquhart Sports Centre, complementing the city's programming since 2022. Consult the youth and community programs offered at the centre and come connect with your community, learn, and move with the YMCA!

  • Monday - Thursday (day) : 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Monday - Thursday (evening) : 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.
  • Friday : 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  • Saturday - Sunday : 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
