This camp is specially designed for teens who need a bit of help developing their independence and social skills. With the exploration of Montréal as a backdrop, we provide campers aged 13 to 15 with so much more than just a camp. We give them the power to make decisions on how camp plays out every week and offer them the opportunity to discover new interests, push their limits, and explore the world around them. The cherry on the sundae? Every week ends with a visit of a Montréal neighbourhood, based on the interests and choices of the group. Pretty cool, right?
Please note: outdoor activites will be prioritized. If the weather does not cooperate, we will continue camp in one of the nearby schools.

Youth must be between 13 years-old and 15 years-old as of September 30 of the current year.
A Typical Day at Camp
9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Gather together at the beginning of the day
9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Icebreaker game
10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Snack
10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Sports activity (ex: basketball)
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Workshop: Planning the week’s outing (each day, the group works together to plan their outing at the end of the week)
12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Lunch
1:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Club moment
1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Workshop: Activity of your choice with the YMCA TeenZone
2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Healthy Tic-Tac! (activity related to healthy eating)
3:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Return as a group and gather together at the end of day
