Boys go to the gym to learn basic training techniques and to follow a program designed to meet their specific needs, with no girls around. Teens will gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their health goals, while being creative and improving communication skills. Activities are led by a YMCA facilitator in collaboration with other professionals and trainers.
