SMALL GROUP TRAINING STARTS ON JANUARY 7, 2019

Starting January 7th, 2019, we will offer Small Group Trainings, which are limited to 10 to 12 participants per session. All classes will be in closed mode with mandatory registration. Each course will include a progressive learning workout. Classes will be offered for 12 weeks except for the new Intro to Hula Hoop class which will be offered for five weeks.

*The small group training classes are open to members and non-members.

A strength-building workout with superset and/or circuit weight training to promote endurance and strength in daily life. Each workout is different, employing a range of strength-building exercises that work one or more muscle groups, such as deadlifts, squats, bent over rows and shoulder presses. Small group class.

Intro to Hula Hoop

Relive your childhood with this hula hooping class. You will learn basic movements to twirl the hoop around your waist, arms, and neck. Making progress from one week to the next, you will learn basic sequences that will help you improve your coordination and strengthen your muscles in a fun and energetic atmosphere. This class is a pre-requisite for the Hula Hoop Fitness class.

“COURS À LA CARTE” – JANUARY 15 TO MAY 14, 2019

This course is for people who are interested in developing or improving their physical fitness, preparing for the outdoor cycling season or for a triathlon. 

*The "cours à la carte" program is open to members, to non-members, and to a group of 5 or more employees from the same company.

Cycling performance

The program includes:

  • 1 weekly training session using indoor bikes in a cycle studio
  • ​1 detailed training program
  • 1 strength training program

Each class is designed around power training (watts). Assessments are carried out regularly and each has a specific goal (developing strength, power, anaerobic threshold, VO2 max, etc.).

NEW EQUIPEMENT

PROMOTION

From December 17 to January 13, it will be possible to buy a package of 12 lessons for the price of 10. This promotion will be applicable to all small group training classes except for the Hula Hoop Introduction.
