Introduction to Wallball/One-Wall Version

Wallball is a game usually played by two (singles) or four (doubles) players who use their hands to hit a ball against a wall. The goal of the game is to win by serving or returning the ball so that your opponent(s) cannot return the ball without the ball touching the ground twice.

Wallball is a complete fitness activity that allows you to build strength in your weak hand. This activity really works hand-eye coordination and reflexes. We recommend wearing gloves (ideally leather sports gloves) and proper running shoes to participate in this activity.
