Adult Swim Lessons - Level 2
In this level you will improve your swim stokes and water skills. You will be working on developing your front crawl and back crawl to an intermediate level. Breast stroke and Elementary back stroke will be introduced. You will continue to develop your endurance and work towards swimming a minimum of 75m and surface support for 1 minute. Diving and turns will also be taught in this level.
