Terms and Conditions

Here is some useful information about refunds or changes to your child’s registration as well as the general conditions that you agree to when you register for a YMCAs of Québec day camp.

YMCA Day Camp Refund, Cancellation, and Modification Policy

Payment:

A non-refundable registration fee of $5 per week must be paid when you register.

All fees must be paid in full one month before the start of a given week of camp.

A $15 dishonoured payment fee will be charged for any declined transactions.

Refund conditions and cancellations:

A refund may be issued if a written request is received before the first day of camp. No refund will be issued without a request made in writing. The $5 registration fee per week charged at registration is non-refundable.

  • Day camp administration reserves the right to cancel (and refund) any registration at any time. Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used to pay for the registration. If a payment was made with a debit card or cash, the refund will be made by cheque.
  • Once the week of camp has started, a pro-rata refund will be issued based on the days your child attended camp that week.
  • Being absent from camp does not constitute withdrawal from the program and does not entitle you to a refund. 
  • No refund will be issued if the child is sent home for bad behaviour.
  • Cancellations and modifications are subject to the same conditions and will only be accepted by email. Modifications will be made according to availability. The registration fee of $5 per week remains non-refundable.
