Information about COVID-19

We are all facing an unprecedented situation and doing our best to help with collective efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19.

To support you during this time of physical distancing, we have set up a lot of initiatives online. Several of our programs are keeping in touch with participants virtually, our instructors are hosting live workouts on Facebook every day, and each week, our teams offer activities for kids, general tips for staying healthy, and ideas on how you can be part of the solution.

The Y at Home!

Whether you’re looking for new ways to get moving, activities for the little ones or support for your teens, we’re here for you! Discover ‘The Y at Home’, a fun website with all kinds of workout videos, craft projects and other fun and educational activities for kids, activity and workout schedules, and much more.

For a great live workout, go to our Facebook page every day at 11:00 am and 5:00 pm.

You can help us!

Several of our programs have initiatives to support our community during this crisis. From organizing temporary shelters for people experiencing homelessness, to distributing food baskets, to calling and offering some comfort to our participants in our senior programs, to lending facilities and equipment to local organizations, we are doing all we can to continue our social mission and prepare for our reopening.
