Following government announcements to slow the spread of COVID-19, we have made some decisions about winter and spring à la carte classes.
Classes that were cancelled due to COVID-19 have already been credited; these credits can be used towards your next registration. For more information about how to use the credits, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have decided to cancel the Spring Session. Credits have already been added to the accounts of all people who were registered for classes, and these credits can be used towards their next registration. For more information about how to use the credits, please email us at email@example.com.
If your session was scheduled to start before May 1, we have already added a credit to your account, because we will not be able to resume our activities by then.
If your session is scheduled to start after May, a decision on whether or not to cancel the session will be taken in the next few weeks based on how the situation develops and government directives. We will email you to notify you of any changes.
Private classes will start again when we are able to resume our regular activities. Your centre’s Aquatics Coordinator will contact you at that time to schedule an appointment with you.
