Kickboxing (10 weeks)
A small group training that combines karate kicks with boxing hand techniques with no choreography. Discipline that develops flexibility and striking power. Progression of movements with and without contact, with the individualized correction from the experienced instructor. Use of heavy bags and boxing gloves.
