Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time (3 to 5 minutes). Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, along with the body’s ligaments, bones. It even targets the joints of the body that normally are not stretched very much in a more active style of yoga practice.

With the inclusion of gentle massage from a certified massage therapist, you will sink deep into the pose and release layers of tension.
