VIIT: Variable Intensity Interval Training
This interval class consisting of different segments that allow participants to work at variable intensities. The medium intensity segment focuses on muscular strength, endurance and agility. The high intensity interval focuses on working at 90 percent capacity and he low intensity segment is intended for slow, controlled movements and serves as the active recovery period of the workout.
