A 4-part interval training system using the benefits of fundamental and accelerated yoga as an active recovery for plyometric (reactive) movement. Starting with a dynamic warm-up, transitioning into our interval segment, getting briefly CRAZY in our 3rd segment, and then yoga perfection! No choreography. No equipment. Just you and your body.
