Classical ballet as a workout? That’s Ballet Hop’s specialty. Our ballet workout features a continuous and fluid sequence of ballet exercises for strength training and flexibility. No knowledge of ballet required. All it takes is motivation, a desire to challenge yourself... and a good sense of humour! This workout is for anyone who wants to strengthen and tone their body, lengthen their muscles, improve their flexibility and take a little break once in a while. Join us to practice ballet movements without overthinking them and to gain the strength, poise and flexibility of a ballerina! A one-hour class.
