This course is for people who are interested in developing or improving their physical fitness, preparing for the outdoor cycling season or for a triathlon.
The program includes:
1 weekly training session using indoor bikes in a cycle studio
1 detailed training program
1 strength training program
Each class is designed around power training (watts). Assessments are carried out regularly and each has a specific goal (developing strength, power, anaerobic threshold, VO2 max, etc.).
