An aquatic fitness class set to music with broad movements and stretching to relax muscles and reduce joint, muscle and back pain.
An effective workout using the water as a resistance that includes an aerobics component to improve mobility, balance and cardiovascular fitness with minimal joint impact.
The class takes place in the shallow end of the pool.
