REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

We accept credit card payments by phone or online.

Credit card, debit card or cash payments can be made in person at the front desk of a YMCA of Québec centre.

DISCOUNT FOR YMCA MEMBERS

Members of The YMCAs of Québec receive a 15% discount on all F.I.T. courses.

CONTINUING EDUCATION WORKSHOP REGISTRATION  

  • Fees vary depending on the type and length of workshop. 
  • Workshops are offered in the language used to describe them in the calendar.

WITHDRAWAL AND REIMBURSEMENT

Participants who need to withdraw from the course must fill out a course cancellation request form available at the YMCA Customer Service Desk where the course is offered. If you are not able to complete your course cancellation request in person, please ask the YMCA centre to send you the course cancellation request form via e-mail.

A participant who withdraws from the course will be reimbursed a prorated amount based on the classes that were not attended, including administrative fees (10% and up to $50). If a participant cannot complete the course, the participant must request a reimbursement for remaining courses as soon as possible. The reimbursement will be calculated from the date of the request and not from the date of the participant’s withdrawal. Course material is not refundable.

For urgent cancellation requests, please send your course cancellation request via e-mail (without the form) directly to the YMCA Centre.
