There was a time when I was working 16-hour days, got very little sleep and suffered from anxiety. My family, my workouts, and my healthy diet seemed to be taking a back seat to my career.
I knew I had to make a change—I wanted to be happy and live my best possible life.
To me movement is life, so my journey began by getting my group fitness certificate. I have now been teaching for eight years and I absolutely love it! I’ve discovered that exercise and helping others are truly what makes me happy. With this improved lifestyle, I felt compelled to pursue a personal training certificate.
Research has shown that regular exercise can make you feel happier: it can increase the production of endorphins, which are known to help produce positive feelings and reduce the perception of pain. Who wouldn’t want that?
