To begin, I firmly believe that training is much more than just an activity: it's a way of life. As far as I'm concerned, training has completely changed my life, bringing a discipline and a willpower that I never had before.
I quickly saw that training and human-relations were two very important things to me, which would allow me to become a passionate and attentive coach.
Change is made step-by-step. It requires patience, perseverance and, above all, willingness. This is the time for you to adopt a mindset that will allow us to move forward, no matter the obstacles.
