SWIMMING FOR FITNESS
(for beginners and intermediates)
Swimming is a great way to reach your fitness goals, whether you want to improve your cardiovascular endurance or increase your strength.
A 90-minute, mini-group workshop offered at the Downtown YMCA to members and non-members.
Two possible dates:
- Tuesday, March 19th, 2019, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
- Sunday, March 24th, 2019, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am
Members: $15 + taxes
Non-members: $22.50 + taxes
