The 2018 YMCA Health and Physical Activity Summit is a day filled with a variety of workshops for fitness and health professionals. YMCA FIT certified instructors and other instructors who wish to update their certifications will benefit from attending the summit.
Theoretical and practical workshops will cover a variety of topics that relate to group exercise and personal training, such as Aquajogging, Sleep and Exercise, Ketogenic and Low-Carb High-Fat Diets, HIIT Training, UNDA Boards and much more!
New this year! The summit will begin with a selection of master classes that will help participants get their body and mind moving and ready to learn!
Continuing Education Credits: Participants who attend the summit will receive 8 hours of CECs required for YMCA FIT recertification. Other certifying bodies have recognized this summit.
