Focused on physical literacy and the discovery of sport, this program helps youth explore the joys of being active through a variety of movements (throws, jumps, run-ups, catches, etc.) and sports (baseball, trampoline, badminton, Kin Ball®, etc.). Participants will also have instructor-led free swim periods every week! A dynamic camp that is accessible to all and designed to promote physical activity and develop coordination and team spirit, without focusing on athletic training. Here, it’s less about performance and all about having fun as a group.
