This November, push yourself with the 30 Day Challenge!

This year, November is going to be happy, sunny and full of endorphins thanks to the YMCA’s 30 Day Challenge!
The challenge is simply this: to do 30 minutes of continuous physical activity a day for the whole month of November, at the centre or anywhere else! It’s the perfect time to try out a new group class that you’re interested in, take long walks before the snow comes, or treat yourself to a few private training sessions!
To sign up, just go to your centre’s front desk and join a team. There’s a centre employee on each team, plus three other members. Sign up to your favourite instructor’s team, ask your friends to join you and make November the most active month of the year!
