From September 10 to 16, come try a free small-group training session at your favourite YMCA! Plus, if you purchase a 10-class package, you’ll get two classes for free!
Small-group workouts are an innovative way to enjoy the benefits of semi-private training at a lower cost. With a maximum of 12 participants, the classes have a more personalized approach. The program helps improve your physical fitness level and achieve your goals, all in a motivating group setting!
Our 10-week classes are progressive and participants must sign up at the beginning of the session, while our open small-group classes are more flexible, allowing participants to register 24 hours in advance.
To sign up for a free trial, just drop by the front desk at the centre offering your class to reserve your spot.
