2021 YMCA Peace Medals presented by BLG

Every year for 34 years now, the YMCAs of Québec organize the YMCA Peace Medals.
This event celebrates the individuals, organizations, and businesses that contribute to building more inclusive and harmonious communities. It also raises money to help thousands of young people succeed both in school and in life.
Last year, because of the pandemic, the YMCA Peace Medal gala was held virtually, and through your generosity, raised $250,000 to support the Y’s youth programs.
This year, as we can once again get together in person, we will be able to properly celebrate our extraordinary laureates at the Centre Sheraton Montréal Hotel on November 10. We will also be presenting the honourable Michèle Audette, our 2021 honorary laureate for her work defending Indigenous women’s rights.
