Ages 7 and under
Children aged 7 and under who do not know how to swim must be accompanied in the pool at all times by a person aged 16 or over.
Children aged under 12 are not permitted in the conditioning room.
Ages 8-11
Children aged 8 to 11 can enter the pool on their own, provided that they know how to swim and have passed a test administered by a lifeguard (the child is able to swim 10 metres). However, they must be accompanied to the locker room, pool and aquatic facilities by an adult (age 16 or over).
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the sauna, hot tub and steam room.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the conditioning room.
Ages 12-17
Youth aged 12 to 17 are permitted in the conditioning room, provided that they have successfully completed the Teen Fitness Clinic.
Children aged 12 and over are allowed to enter the pool on their own if they know how to swim.
Youth aged 12 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult (ages 16 and over) to use the sauna, hot tub and steam room (temporarily closed).
