Lisa Chrétien
Certified by the Fitness Instructor Training program, Lisa has been working as a trainer through the YMCA of Québec
since September 2009. She also has her Personal Training Specialist certification through Canadian Fitness Professionals
(Can Fit Pro) since November 2009. Lisa developed her love of exercise through spinning classes and found that the
satisfaction that it brought her quickly led her to transform that passion into a full-time career! For this young mom,
making a difference in the health and well-being of others has been her personal goal. "Seeing results and being happy
with oneself" is the approach that she takes with each of her clients.

Jing Hui Hu
I have graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. I am certified by the YMCA in Individual
Conditioning and by Canadian Fitness Professional (Can Fit Pro) in Personal Training. I have also taken the
Corrective Conditioning course to assist in giving programs to clients with postural or chronic injuries. I
enjoy interacting with clients as well as providing safe and effective exercise programs to meet each client's
individual needs. Also, I believe in challenging, motivating, and creative training sessions. My goal is to help
clients achieve realistic fitness goals by improving their balance, posture, strength, and flexibility. Ultimately,
I hope to improve their quality of life by helping them become more physically fit and active. My experience has
taught me initiative, respect, responsibility, and above all patience. I believe my education and professional
experience will enable me to offer helpful services and contribute positively to all clients.

Kevin Pierre
My objective is to create a fitness training system aimed at developing the fitness performance and health goals
of those who are ready to commit. In order to achieve high levels of performance, reach your goals, or adopt a
healthy and active lifestyle, you have to be realistic, determined, and you have to persevere. I am a fitness
coach and I work with hundreds of athletes who wish to improve their performances, attain a higher level, or
stay healthy and injury-free. My fitness training system is founded on the scientific principle that intensity
leads to gains. My philosophy is both incredibly simple and extremely effective. I also believe that one's health
and performance depends on a number of factors such as fitness training, injury management, and the quality of one's
diet. This is why I have a global approach.
I am not merely a power or speed trainer, and I am not simply a trainer
who can increase your strength. If your objectives include losing fat, toning your body, increasing muscle mass,
sculpting your muscles, augmenting your speed or agility, improving your vertical jump, and lifting heavier weights,
then my global approach will allow you to reach all of your objectives. Aside from training athletes of all ages,

Fitzroy Roberts
My biggest challenge is to help my clients reach their objectives. Being a personal trainer is an enriching
experience, because all my clients are different. It has been 2 years now since I have been working with
groups of adolescents and the results obtained are impressive, both in the physical and socio-cultural aspects.
As a personal trainer, I believe we must develop individual programs to meet every client's needs. My career
with the YMCA started in 2005. My strongest quality is being able to motivate my clients in reaching their set
goals. I work on endurance and physical strength with the right intensity to make our training sessions a success.
