a journey, and think of the trainer as your GPS. Just like the guidance system in your vehicle
keeps you from taking the wrong turn and helps you arrive at your destination without stress,
personal training guides you throughout the process of reaching your objectives.
I myself have struggled with my weight and from personal experience, I strive to make the process easier.
If you train with me, you'll be training in a small group of three to four participants. You will

My journey with the YMCA began in 1996 as a fitness instructor. I have been teaching yoga since 1998, and I help my clients discover
the benefits of adding a spiritual and psychological component to their fitness. I am currently the coordinator of the Cartierville Y centre
training room and I offer individual and private training programs.

Nadine El Yafi
It is always gratifying to help others feel better and more empowered. This is what led me to teach Yoga, Pilates and become a Thai Yoga Massage Therapist.
I took my first yoga teacher’s training certification at Val Morin. Then, I traveled to Bali and diversified my knowledge and technique with many inspiring teachers. Along that path, I discovered Thai Yoga Massage. Since then, I have been sharing these passions with others. Being someone who enjoys helping others and enjoys staying in shape, it only seemed natural that I
would eventually grow into the domain of health and fitness. Having played sports throughout my life I
enjoy bringing an athletic feel to my training sessions. I believe that we are all athletes, and it is
with such a mentality that I treat our time together. An athlete is someone constantly striving towards
achieving new goals. That inner athlete is something I enjoy finding in others. I view our relationship
as something monumental in which we both grow together.
