The Y has families at heart

The YMCAs of Québec has created an economical membership in order to facilitate the lives of families, designed for couples who reside at the same address with or without children. Furthermore, many of the classes designed for parents have been scheduled at the same time as classes for children. Parents can therefore take part in the activity of their choice while their children participate in activities of their own. Also offered are activities specifically designed for the whole family, as well as parent-child classes.

  • Family: A wide variety of family activities in the gym on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
  • Children and youth: swimming lessons, day camp, daycare, drop-in child care, various sports activities in the gym and teen nights every Friday.
88,000 square feet All residents, regardless of whether they are YMCA membership holders or not, can benefit from free access to many activities and facilities including daily periods in the pool and gym. [More]
