Learning CPR is now easier than ever with the new steps introduced in Canada in 2010. New CPR steps are easy to remember, perform and will improve the chance of recovery from cardiac arrest.
In 30 minutes you will learn to recognize, and act when someone is chocking or in cardiac arrest, you will learn what to do when a automated external defibrillator (AED) is available and what to do when it is not.
Whether you are a parent, teacher, babysitter, coach, employer or concerned citizen, you can learn what to do. You never know, one day you may be called upon to save a life!
