This course will focus on the following teachings : 36 movements,10 fan handlings, 7 foot postures, 3 leg postures and 2 types of walk.

Benefits: Strength, Flexibility, Weight Control. Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Posture. Focus, Self-Esteem, Energy and Stress Management.
