Outdoor jogging

Jogging remains one of the best ways to increase cardiovascular capacity, maintain weight control and to manage stress. To do it in a group, on a regular basis, is an excellent way to stay motivated.  Explore the city while getting in shape!

A little fun outdoors! Walking/hiking in the city can be a great cardiovascular workout. No equipment needed except a pair of running shoes and comfortable clothing. May be cancelled due to inclement weather. Register at the front desk.
Triathlon Training

Can you swim 25 metres? Pedal or run at your own pace for 20 minutes? This class will develop your cardiovascular and muscle capacity with a complete workout.
Interval Training

Intervals of high intensity muscle exercises set up in a circuit training style. Overall full-body workout including segments of cardiovascular, muscle training and flexibility.
