Kung Fu

An initiation to Kung Fu class. You will discover and apply the fundamentals of martial arts. In addition s/he will specifically develop knowledge for Kung Fu and individual training skills. This class covers the basic Kung Fu movements and the culture of White crane Kung Fu. There is also an emphasis on developing strength and self-esteem.
