Present in the West Island, the YMCA offers youth and community programs to help young people grow, build connections, and thrive.  

Whether in our TeenZones, prevention programs, or physical activities, we are here to support the community on a daily basis.

Hours may vary based on the activities offered.

Back on Track:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  

TeenZone:

  • Monday to Friday: 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.  
  • Saturday: noon to 5:00 p.m.  
  • Sunday: closed

Programs to Support Youth

TeenZone

A safe place where teens can meet up, hang out, and build confidence. The TeenZone is located in the Olive-Urquhart Sports Centre.

Back on Track

The Back on Track program supports students suspended from school by providing them with structured guidance.

The goal: transform a difficult period into an opportunity to reflect and grow, all while reducing the risk of recidivism

Toxico

Through school-based interventions, the Toxico program raises awareness among young people about issues related to substance use and helps them develop healthy behaviours.

A Community-Minded Organization

The YMCA is an active partner in the West Island, with a presence in several municipalities and communities, specifically in schools and community centres.  

We work closely with the Borough of Pierrefonds-Roxboro to offer fitness activities and support local initiatives, in addition to helping organize community events.
