I have been a trainer for over 15 years and have provided advice and guidance on strength training, conditioning, and weight loss. More recently, I have gained expertise in posture analysis, corrective conditioning, as well as in injury rehabilitation. I am also studying human metabolism in order to best meet the nutritional needs of my clients.

Laura Daxon

As a firm believer in the countless benefits of body movement and fitness exercises, it is my duty and pleasure to develop fitness programs adapted to the individual needs of my clients. I keep up to date with the latest fitness trends by attending workshops such as Sports Nutrition and Postural Assessment & Exercise Prescription amongst others. My full-body holistic approach includes ballet, aerobics, yoga and Pilates and stems from over 25 years of experience in dance and yoga.
