Yoga for Kids

The children's yoga class allows the practice of a variety of postures (sitting, standing and lying) with a playful approach. Over the weeks, children will learn mainly sequences of poses that work on alignment, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance as well as breathing techniques. This class also allows children to express themselves more freely, to become aware of their body and to develop their social skills.
